"Haruyokoi" is an Hokkaido wheat sown in spring and harvested in autumn. "Haruyokoi noodles" made from 100% "Haruyokoi" flour are often called "new wheat noodles" because of the use of freshly harvested wheat, and are largely sold every November and December.
