Firm noodles with little stretch first custom-developed for take out menus. Due to the smooth glutinous texture, bright color, and taste, they became a favorite choice of many customers. These noodles do not absorb, so are not fit for light-tasting soups, but go great with rich, thick soup. Curly noodles cut with a №22 blade.
