Using our unique mixing techniques, these fresh noodles produce very little turbidity when boiled. They are short, making easier to be taken with ladle and chopsticks, and, though thin, the texture and firmness do not decrease with extended stewing, while the strong waves allow the soup to be sip with the noodles, making them fit for hotpots. Used in restaurants serving stewed ramen. Cut with a №22 blade.
