The typical yellow color of Sapporo ramen is emphasized in these noodles. By blending several types of wheat flour, we were able to achieve a noodle that is smooth, but has just the right amount of chewiness. Made without alcohol. Straight noodles cut with a №12 blade. Boils in about 5 minutes.
