Norenten Ramen is made from carefully selected wheat flour low in ash and high in protein using Nishiyama's special manufacturing method, "Flow Jet Mixing." Flat noodles cut with a №14 square blade. Having excellent aroma, flavor and smooth texture, this is ideal for dipping noodles. Noodles are done in about 5.5 minutes (when thawed).
