Ramen noodles made by blending seaweed and Hokkaido Gagome konbu powder into the dough, giving a fresh aroma of ocean. Great in ramen salad and chilled noodle dishes, but also as dipping noodles for seafood and pork bone broth sauce, or in hot Japanese soy sauce-flavored soups. Flat noodles cut with a №14 blade.
