On the day before and on the day of opening, our sales staff will support you in cooking and serving your first customers.
We will also assist you in various shop promotions after the store opens.
Cooking support on opening
Preparation is the key for running a ramen shop.Our staff member will help you from the day before the store opens with all the necessary preparation.
On the opening day, the owner has worries and expectations as that day comes only once on a life time. We do our best to support the owner.
We will do our best to keep and deepen ties with customers without any limit of time.
(Transportation cost and accommodation fee are to be borne by participants.)
Support for safety check, hygiene management and customer service
Safety check for gas, light, water / Careful and continuous hygiene management of the shop and employee / Knowledge of customer service during and after shop opening.
We can create manual together by referring to FSSC standards for hygiene from our food safety department as those involved in our directly managed ramen shop in Singapore.
Support of shop promotion after opening
There are not many shops that attract a lot of customers immediately after opening. If you want to further improve your shop management, we will respond to you by dispatching our ramen master (he actually helps with cooking, checks the quality of taste and introduces new menu by demonstration ).
Also we connect ramen shops overseas with our customer ramen shops in Japan and plan pop-up events at ramen shops overseas.
