- Nishiyama 1585 Gotsu Men 150g×5
- 1Tama (a portion of noodles)
- Sapporo Premium Shiro Miso
- 60cc
- Green onion(chopped)
- 10g
- Char siu(shoulder)

- Hosaki Menma
- 1piece
- Gara Soup
- 360cc
- Lard
- 40cc
- Bean sprouts
- 70g
- Onion
- 30g
- Minced pork
- 30g
- Grated ginger
- 5g
How to make
- Boil noodles (1 minute 30 seconds)
- In a chinese wok saute lard, ground meat, bean sprouts, and onions.
- In a pot pour soup stock and miso tare and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Place noodles in a donburi bowl, pour soup and arrange vegetables, garnish with toppings and dish is complete.
