Customized thick noodles with a strong wave. The firmness required for Sapporo ramen noodles is achieved even without a maturation period, due to our specialized mixing process that increases dough density. These noodles are great for soups rich in oil, but can be used with any soup as their curly texture helps to enjoy well the soup too. Though thick, these noodles are smooth, filling and very easy to eat. Curly noodles cut with a №20 blade.
