- Hokkaido Beet Cider "Sepia no Shigeki"

- Green onion(white part, thinly sliced)

- Wakame seaweed

- Hand made thick egg threads

- Salted jellyfish

Preparation
- Chilled soup: (1 portion of soup for 2 of "Sepia no Shigeki")
How to make
- Boil noodles and cool in cold water.
- Place chilled noodles on a serving dish and add chilled sauce.
- Arrange toppings on noodles and the dish is complete.
