Hokkaido Beet Cider "Sepia no Shigeki"

Green onion(white part, thinly sliced)

Char siu(shredded)

Wakame seaweed

Hand made thick egg threads

Salted jellyfish

Cucumber

Preparation

  1. Chilled soup: (1 portion of soup for 2 of "Sepia no Shigeki")

How to make

  1. Boil noodles and cool in cold water.
  2. Place chilled noodles on a serving dish and add chilled sauce.
  3. Arrange toppings on noodles and the dish is complete.
