Made with mainly Hokkaido "Yumechikara" and "Kitahonami" wheat flour, and blended with whole wheat, these noodles with minimal hydration are fit for Chuka soba and light-tasting soups. The pleasant aroma of wheat is a mark for these flat noodles cut with a №18 blade.
