We took carefully selected flour for Sapporo ramen low in ash and high in protein. Then, using our very own special "flow-jet mixer," we created these flat noodles cut with a №14 blade. Aroma, flavor and smooth texture contribute to a gentle and mild taste ideal for dipping noodles. Noodles are done in about 3.5 minutes (when thawed).
