Customized noodles made with minimal hydration and fit for any type of soup. This noodles, though extremely thin, boasts a strong flavor of wheat, and pairs well with light-tastings, seafood-based soy flavored soup, or white chicken soups. Straight noodles cut with a №26 blade. Great also as dipping noodles (tsukemen).
